To celebrate its “first 40 years” , an itinerant exhibition going through the history of the REP^®. beams. was prepared. An articulated run has shown and demonstrated the extraordinary results and advantages of a system born wit the first patent of a mixed grid beam which has revolutionized the building world. A big emphasis has been given to the person and the professional career of Engineer Salvatore Leone, who invented the first and original mixed grid beam (afterword called REP^®, acronym of Rapid, Economical and Practical) and Paola Pezzi who founded Edis with him, the Company which, up to date, manages and develop both the brand and all the Italian and International patents of the beam most imitated and copied in the field of constructions..
